Create a free account with Sign Up to save your details for faster checkout. Returning customers can use Sign In with email or mobile and password. Your name, phone, and address are stored securely for repeat orders.

• How to order: Add items to cart, open Checkout, fill in your name, mobile, district, thana, and full address, then tap Place Order.
• Order confirmation: Pending until verified; confirmed once our team checks payment or COD details.
• Delivery updates: After confirmation you will see a Thank You page. For urgent questions, message us on WhatsApp with your order name and mobile number.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when the parcel arrives. No advance payment required for COD orders.
• Online payment: Select bKash, Nagad, or card at checkout. Enter your Sender Number and Transaction ID exactly as shown on your receipt.

Report any faulty item within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will immediately arrange a fair solution or product replacement under our official Refund Policy.

• Full Name: Your real name for delivery (e.g. Nusrat Jahan).
• Mobile Number: 11-digit Bangladesh number (e.g. 01712345678).
• Email: Active email for order updates (e.g. name@gmail.com).
• Password: At least 8 characters with letters and numbers.
• Confirm Password: Must match your password exactly.

• Email or Mobile: Use whichever you registered with.
• Password: Enter your account password and tap Sign In.
